The Health Department CHARGES FOR MULTIPLE RE-INSPECTIONS. Reinspection fees of $91.00 may be charged for multiple reinspections due to uncorrected violations. Please read and adhere to all Health Department regulations that apply. Avoid costly reinspection fees. ALSO, SEE NEW GUIDELINES REGARDING FOOD HANDLING CERTIFICATION.

In addition, Fresno Home Shows MUST have all Health Department forms and payments (if applicable) BEFORE the show, otherwise you will not be allowed to participate, and all monies paid will not be refunded. YOU CANNOT BRING THE FORMS WITH YOU TO THE EVENT.

The Health Department Permit Fee is $47.00 PER EVENT. All paperwork and payments are sent to the Fresno Home Shows office, per the Health Department's request. Once received, we will then forward all forms directly to the Health Department. Please feel free to call 800-897-7899 if you have any questions.
