Fresno Shows strives to make your Fall Home Improvement Show experience a pleasant and profitable one. Join us in 2010 - November 5th, 6th and 7th, at the Big Fresno Fairgrounds - for this premier fall event! New contacts, new clients, new business for the new year ahead!

IMPORTANT - VIP PASS GUIDELINES
A limited quantity of VIP (Complimentary) passes are made available to local merchants as a marketing tool, i.e., to thank current customers or to reach out to potential clients. They are not to be given out by the hand-full, passed out at any fairgrounds entry gate/parking lot prior to or during the '10 Fresno Fall Home Improvement Show, nor are they to be sold anywhere or under any circumstances. Any merchant and/or company representative found disregarding the above guidelines will be immediately escorted from the show and will not be asked back to a Fresno Shows production
-AND- that company will not receive a refund. In a effort to enforce the guidelines, 2010 VIPs have been numbered and color-coded so that they can be traced directly back to the merchant who originally ordered the passes. After twenty two years of trying to help local businesses with our VIP pass program, we are forced to monitor the passes because individuals continue to ignore our guidelines.
VERY IMPORTANT - CHECK-IN POLICY
As per the contract and other notices sent prior to the show, we may cancel any merchant who has either NOT checked-in, or called the Fresno Fairgrounds Home Show Office (559-251-9051) by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 4th, and received the OK to check-in/set-up after the 5 p.m. cut-off. Additionally, a merchant requesting late check-in must be paid-in-full. ALL SET-UP, LATE OR OTHERWISE, WILL END AT 10 P.M. THURSDAY, 11/04/10, AND THE FAIRGROUNDS WILL BE CLOSED TO MERCHANTS.
THERE IS NO SET-UP ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 5TH, 2010.
Hotel Information
There are several hotels in the local area, but we've arranged discounted rates only with the Courtyard by Marriott, Fresno Airport, for our exhibitors. Contact them at 559-251-5200. When calling about a reservation, be sure to mention that you are an exhibitor, otherwise you WILL NOT be offered the discount.
RV Hookups
Merchants with RVs can book space (most are full hookup) at the Fresno Fairgrounds. The number of spots are limited and are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Contact the fairgrounds administrative office, 559-650-3358, to make a reservation.(THE FRESNO FALL HOME IMPROVEMENT SHOW CANNOT MAKE RV SPACE RESERVATIONS).

Exhibit Setup
Wednesday, November 3rd, 2010 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Thursday, November 4th, 2010 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
(A forklift is available through the fairgrounds on Wednesday and Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.; payment will be made to the Fresno Fairgrounds thru the show office. Any company with excessive merchandise to unload MUST provide their own forklift. If there is a question as to the size of the load, show management will make the determination. If you need a forklift at a time or day other than those mentioned above, you must provide your own).
NO SET UP ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 5TH, 2010. YOU MAY CARRY OR HAND-TRUCK ITEMS ONTO THE FAIRGROUNDS. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE FAIRGROUNDS.

Saturday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. (Buildings open to merchants between 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.)

8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (FORKLIFT AVAILABLE FOR SMALL LOADS; see above payment requirements and load limitations.)
IMPORTANT - SHOW SECURITY AND SHOW MANAGEMENT VACATE THE FAIRGROUNDS PROMPTLY AT 12 NOON ON MONDAY, 11/08/10. COMPANIES WITH PRODUCT/DISPLAYS STILL ON PREMISES AFTER THAT TIME WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR PROPERTY AND PERSONNEL- FRESNO SHOWS WILL NOT CONTACT A MERCHANT WHO IS RUNNING LATE.
IN ADDITION, THE FAIRGROUNDS MAY CHARGE A FEE FOR REMOVAL AND/OR STORAGE OF ITEMS LEFT ON THEIR PROPERTY, ALONG WITH ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THE BUILDINGS AND/OR GROUNDS.
