Fresno Shows strives to make your Home Remodeling and Decorating Show experience a pleasant and profitable one.
The 2013 Summer Show, OUR 23rd ANNUAL EVENT, will take place July 19th, 20th, 21st, at the Big Fresno Fairgrounds, and will offer the consumer a chance to talk with hundreds of merchants, and to experience our exciting special features.

PARTICIPATING EXHIBITORS -
ALL COMPANIES PLANNING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2013 FRESNO HOME REMODELING AND DECORATING SHOW MUST HAVE A SIGNED CONTRACT ON FILE PRIOR TO THE SHOW. SIGNING A CONTRACT DURING CHECK-IN IS NO LONGER AN OPTION.
IMPORTANT - VIP PASS GUIDELINES
A limited quantity of VIP (free entry) passes are made available to local merchants as a marketing tool, i.e., to thank current customers or to reach out to potential clients. They are not to be given out by the hand-full, passed out at any fairgrounds entry gate or parking lot any time during the 2013 Remodeling Show, nor are they to be sold anywhere or under any circumstances. Any merchant and/or company representative found disregarding the above guidelines will immediately be escorted from the show and will not be asked back to a Fresno Shows production.

Set up begins Thursday, July 18, 2013 -
8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
(The Fresno Fairgrounds has a forklift available to rent during setup. The Home Show Office can take your rental payment. The forklift IS NOT available thru Fresno Home Shows.
Forklift hours on Thursday, 7/18/13, are 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. ONLY. NO FORKLIFT IS AVAILABLE ON FRIDAY OR SUNDAY). A Forklift is available for tear down on Monday, July 22nd, 2013, from 8 a.m. until 12 noon.
ATTENTION: IF YOU NEED A FORKLIFT DURING HOURS OTHER THAN THOSE POSTED ABOVE, YOU MUST MAKE PERSONAL RENTAL ARRANGEMENTS.
NO SETUP on Friday, July 19, 2013 - NO VEHICLES ALLOWED ON GROUNDS
Buildings will be open to merchants each day at 8:00 a.m. We will close the buildings down one-half hour after closing time each day, with the exception of tear-down on Sunday.
CHECK-IN...NOT THE SAME AS SET UP - VERY IMPORTANT!:
As per the Exhibitor's Agreement, we reserve the right to re-sell or fill a booth if a company has not contacted the show office, 559-251-9051, or checked-in by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2013. Any company wanting to check in after 5 p.m. on 7/18/13 must get prior approval from Fresno Shows. NO EXCEPTIONS. Additionally, a merchant requesting late check-in must be paid-in-full, and cannot stay on grounds past 9 p.m.
Office Equipment/Supplies
Copiers, fax machines, staplers, hand trucks, etc., ARE NOT available at the show office. Please be sure to have adequate supplies with you.

There are several hotels in the local area, but we've arranged discounted rates only with the hotel listed below . When calling about a reservation, be sure to mention that you are an exhibitor, otherwise you WILL NOT be offered the discount.

RV Hookups
Merchants with RVs can book space (most are full hookup) at the Fresno Fairgrounds. The number of spots are limited and are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Contact the fairgrounds administrative office, 559-650-3358, to make a reservation.
(FRESNO SHOWS CANNOT MAKE RV SPACE RESERVATIONS).
IMPORTANT - SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
In order to maintain a secure environment during event set up and tear down, Fresno Home Shows requires ALL personnel who are present on the Fresno Fairgrounds, either working at or assisting with the set up or tear down of a booth/display area…
TO HAVE IDENTIFICATION THAT CONNECTS THEM TO A COMPANY REGISTERED AS A PARTICIPANT IN THE 2013 FRESNO HOME REMODELING AND DECORATING SHOW;
TO, UPON REQUEST, SHOW VALID IDENTIFICATION TO ANY FRESNO PD OFFICER OR EVENT/FAIRGROUNDS REPRESENTATIVE.
An individual who is not known to Fresno Fairgrounds / Fresno Home Shows management, or who cannot provide management and/or a Fresno PD Officer with the required company identification, will be immediately escorted off of the fairgrounds and will not be allowed to return until appropriate identification has been acquired and presented to Fresno PD and/or home show management.
There will be no exceptions to this policy. Furthermore, at the end of each set up day, and at the end of Sunday tear down, NO ONE will be permitted to remain in the buildings or on grounds.

Show hours (general public) are (NEW FRIDAY HOURS) Friday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; Sunday, 10 a.m.- 5p.m. General admission...$7 for adults, kids 12 and under are free.
Remember, all buildings are cooled for your comfort.

Companies that have not removed all display material/supplies WILL NOT be contacted by Fresno Home Shows. A storage fee may be charged by the Fresno Fairgrounds after the Monday, July 22, 12:00 p.m. deadline.
